The location was ideal and convenient, just next door to a very well run establishment, and the main streets. The vibe here was quiet. Very friendly people were working here.

My stay was pleasant in a beautiful and friendly town. Had a nice size and brand-new room with coffee and tea plus toiletries, and protected with smoke detectors. The hotel's location was handy, close enough to the Town Square and transport, eating out, directions and Ypres history;))

The setting was fantastic and lovely, just next door to the main streets around the market square, restaurants and Leper/ Ypres. It also was in a very well run establishment. The breakfast was generous and wonderful, lots of food.

We had a lovely stay at the guesthouse. The room was well presented and comfortable, with a nice bathroom. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the center of town but still quiet. Stephanie, the hostess, was friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast. we would happily return to this guesthouse if we are ever in the area again.

The breakfast was generous and had lots of options. Comfortable and handy location to the Town Square was a plus. Street food restaurant Queen's Coffee was 200 metres away from the place.

The guesthouse is conveniently located near popular attractions and offers easy parking with a parking disc provided. the room is comfortable and well-appointed with thoughtful details like a kettle with coffee and tea, and amenities like sweets. Breakfast is ample and self-serve in the kitchen.

We felt really welcomed, no complaints.

This guesthouse exceeded all our expectations! The location was unreal, just minutes away from all the main attractions. We had no trouble finding parking and the room was so comfy, with all the little extras like a coffee maker and a variety of teas. We'd definitely return if we come back to this fantastic town.
